By accessing or using sayoCall ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
sayoCall is a voice calling application that allows users to make and receive international phone calls via the internet. The Service requires microphone access and an active internet connection. Calls are routed through our telecommunications provider, Twilio.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
You may be required to verify your phone number as your caller ID. This number will be displayed to the people you call. You must only register phone numbers that you own or are authorised to use. Spoofing or misrepresenting your caller ID is prohibited.
sayoCall does not record live calls. Voicemail messages left when you are unavailable are recorded and stored for your access. Callers are informed before leaving a voicemail.
All software, branding, and content within sayoCall are the property of sayoCall Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
sayoCall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed calls, failed connections, or service interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
