sayoCall ("we", "our", or "us") is a voice calling application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile and web application.
We use the following third-party services to operate sayoCall:
sayoCall requires access to your device's microphone to enable voice calls. Microphone audio is transmitted in real-time through Twilio's secure infrastructure.
Microphone usage: Your microphone is activated only during an active call. We do not access your microphone at any other time. You will be prompted to grant microphone permission when you first use the app — without this permission, calls cannot be made or received.
Call recording: sayoCall does not record live calls by default. Voicemails left by callers when you are unavailable are recorded, stored, and may be auto-transcribed. These voicemail recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you.
Bluetooth: SayoCall may use Bluetooth to route call audio to your wireless headphones or earbuds so you can talk hands-free. Bluetooth is accessed only while a call is active. No Bluetooth data is collected or shared.
Important notice to callers: If you use the voicemail feature, callers will be informed that their message is being recorded before they leave a voicemail.
Call logs and voicemails are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
sayoCall is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
